Resilience beyond borders

While institutions hesitated, a different kind of pressure was building from the ground up. From Nepal to Bulgaria, Gen Z wasn’t waiting for permission – they were organizing, protesting, and openly challenging the mismanagement of public funds and budgets. There’s a global pattern of youth-driven demands for transparency, accountability, and economic fairness. These developments highlight the critical importance of operating with openness, credibility, and ethical governance to ensure long-term viability. In this Transparency Report, unlike the Epstein files, you will find the unfiltered truth about our activities in the past year.

This year at WorkNomads, our team grew to 198 people from 45 nationalities, 73.57% working remotely across all around the world. We gathered our global team at the WN LAB Hotel Sofia for a week-long decathlon of workshops and high-stakes strategy. We proved our core strength isn’t just a metaphor. Our teams crushed 3,000 squats and logged 20 hours of total plank time, building the kind of visceral resilience that remote work alone can’t. This wasn’t just about the physical grind; it was a launchpad for our WN Olympic PitchTank, which birthed a new era of “Produced by WorkNomads” tools designed to disrupt the status quo. We measure our footprint because you can’t fix what you don’t track. We cut electricity use by 8%, and we have decrease the average square meters to live and work to 123. The gender pay gap was down to 5.0% and we nailed the median gender pay gap to 0.00%.
